Fabrizio Romano says Tottenham have agreed personal terms with Radu Dragusin
Tottenham have been linked with a move to sign Radu Dragusin for a few weeks now, and it looks like things are accelerating.

Jean-Clair Todibo has been heavily linked, but the journalist claims that deal is on the verge of collapsing now.
So, Tottenham have turned their full attention to Dragusin, and Romano has just shared some excellent news for Spurs fans.
The North Londoners are pushing to sign the Genoa defender and have already agreed personal terms with the player. They are now in contact with the club to seal a deal.
Romano just tweeted: “Understand negotiations are underway between Tottenham and Genoa for Radu Dragusin after the agreement on personal terms with Romanian CB.
“Spurs confident to advance as contacts continue on daily basis. No changes on Jean-Clair Todibo deal, almost collapsed.”

Dragusin will be a fantastic signing for Tottenham
It is no secret at all to anyone that Tottenham’s priority in this window is to sign a new central defender’s.
Spurs were one of the best teams in the country when Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven were fit. Since they’ve both been injured, Postecoglou’s side have struggled, and they need a backup right away.
Radu Dragusin has been one of the most impressive defenders in the Serie A this season, and he has done enough to warrant a big move away from Genoa.
The Romanian is ‘physically very strong‘, good on the ball and aggressive in tackles. He suits Spurs’ system perfectly, and we really think he would be a great addition to Postecoglou’s side.
