Shannon Sharpe Names 1 Team That Could Beat Celtics In Playoffs.

The Milwaukee Bucks beat the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night even without the skills of Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was out with an injury.

They are now on a six-game winning streak and are looking much better than they were before the All-Star break.

On Tuesday’s “First Take,” Shannon Sharpe said that he thinks the Bucks could be the one team who could beat the top-seed Boston Celtics in the playoffs.

“If this Dame Lillard that we saw last night…they absolutely, 1000% could beat Boston in a seven-game series,” Sharpe said.

During Monday’s game, Damian Lillard posted 41 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists.

He was able to guide the team while Antetokounmpo sat out and looked like the sort of leader that fans have wanted all season long.

Sharpe envisions a time when Lillard is playing like this and is also joined by Antetokounmpo again.

That should give the Bucks enough power to overtake the Celtics, who currently have a 48-12 record.

Sharpe noted that the Celtics didn’t play as well as they wanted during last year’s postseason, so he knows there is a chance that could happen again this year.

If that’s the case, the Bucks would have an easier time sailing past them.

At the same time, the Celtics are looking much better than they did during last year’s regular season so there is a chance they are much more aggressive and intimidating during the playoffs.

At this point, it’s hard to see many teams being able to stop the Celtics, because they have been playing such terrific basketball lately.

But Sharpe thinks that if any team can do it, it’s the Bucks.

He believes that Monday night proved they have what it takes.
