Tottenham have had changes made to their game against Brighton that has been rescheduled for October 6, while their game against West Ham six days later has now been moved to a 12.30pm start time.
Broadcasters that pay billions per annum to air Premier League matches often cause previously dated fixtures to changed, while participation in European competitions can also cause rescheduling.
