Andrew Nembhard Sends a Strong Message to Fans Ahead of Pacers-Knicks Eastern Conference Finals

The Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks are officially matched up in the Eastern Conference Finals. Bringing back the old-school “Hicks vs. Knicks” matchup will be must-watch television with both teams fighting for a chance to play in the NBA Finals.

For the Pacers, this will be their second straight trip to the Eastern Conference Finals. They lost to the Boston Celtics last year.

Heading into the series, both teams have the talent necessary to win a championship. They appear to match up well against each other and should put on a show.

Andrew Nembhard, the young talented guard for Indiana, spoke out with a strong message before his team’s series against the Knicks.

“I think what makes us well equipped this year is the continuity. I think this team has been together two or three years,” Nembhard said. “All the guys are getting more chemistry on the court together. We just feel each other, can move off of each other well. So, I think, over time the experience has given us, it makes us good.”

In the first two rounds of the playoffs, the Pacers took care of business against the Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers in just five games.

Led by Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana has been doubted in each of its first two playoff series. Despite the doubters, the Pacers have handled their business and continued proving that they belong.

Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals at Madison Square Garden is set to be played on Wednesday night. The game will tip off 8 p.m. ET and fans will be able to watch it on TNT.
