Richarlison breaks the internet with his latest Instagram post as Tottenham star’s future takes new twist

Richarlison breaks the internet with his latest Instagram post as Tottenham star’s future takes new twist.

The curtain was drawn on the 2024/25 campaign on Sunday and Everton signed off in style.

David Moyes led his men to victory against Newcastle United as they almost spoiled the Champions League party.

But for Everton, the Toffees were signing off a strong second half of the campaign with three big points against a top side.

The Friedkins are ready to back Moyes in the transfer market after his turnaround on Merseyside since being appointed in January.

With the move to the new stadium over the coming months, the new owners will be keen to add a statement signing over the summer.

Everton have shown interest in Richarlison and the Brazilian’s end-of-season message speaks volumes for his Tottenham Hotspur future.

Richarlison issues Everton transfer clue in Tottenham message

Everton are prioritising a new striker signing in the summer with issues needing to be resolved in front of goal.

And a return for their former hero, Richarlison, has been strongly suggested as his time in north London could be coming to an end.

However, his message to Spurs fans following their final game against Brighton & Hove Albion may have spoken volumes on his future.

“Finally, to somehow repay the affection I have received over the last few years from Spurs fans and all those who support me,” he said in what was a long message to the fans.

“Thank you to everyone who was by my side and took part in this special moment, always believing in me and encouraging me even in the most difficult moments. Thank you to Tottenham – the board, players, coaching staff, employees – and to my entire staff – for having achieved this together!”

But perhaps the most interesting line was how he signed off, by saying: “And let’s go for more!”

A lot of Everton fans are worried about Richarlison’s injury worries which have plagued the forward since he departed Merseyside.

But it would seem – from his message – that he is keen to stick around in north London to strive for more silverware.

Tottenham’s Europa League triumph may have ended Richarlison hopes

It was always going to be a potential transfer which would go down mixed with the Everton fans, but Wednesday night may have proved pivotal in Richarlison’s future.

The Friedkins are keen to bring Richarlison to Everton over the summer as they know what he means to the fans.

Tottenham started the Brazilian in Bilbao as they played in a European final.

Unfortunately, Everton are not quite able to offer this just yet despite the big ambitions of the Friedkins.

Tottenham will be playing Champions League football next season as a result of their Europa League win and Richarlison may certainly find that hard to give up.

But if there is one club he could give it up for many would feel that would be Everton.
