The 19-year-old left his boyhood club Leeds in the summer of 2024 to join Tottenham Hotspur, a move that generated huge attention given his reputation as one of England’s brightest young talents. Spurs secured the versatile midfielder for a significant fee, with the hope of integrating him into their long-term project.

Since arriving in North London, Gray has shown glimpses of his quality, featuring across multiple positions including right-back, central midfield, and even as part of a back three.
