The report claims that a move at the end of the season is ‘in the works’, two years on from when Spurs missed out on his signature when United were looking to sell him.
Garner’s impressive work ethic would make him an ideal fit for Ange Postecoglou’s style of play, while his versatility is also said to be a major plus point. Tottenham are not the only club with an interest in signing him, though, with several other Premier League sides thought to be weighing up moves of their own.
